Red velvet cupcake: The top part of the cake was hard and the rest was okay. It wasn't light and fluffy. There was no red velvet flavour or even chocolate flavour. It had no flavour, it was just a sponge that was red in colour. The frosting was just really sweet whipped cream and did not emulate a cream cheese frosting, the essence of the red velvet dessert.
Blueberry cheesecake: The blueberry compote was okay, not amazing. The cheesecake itself was such a let down - it was soo dense, grainy and again did not taste like anything, definitely not a cheesecake. The biscuit base was too powdery and not firm, but tasted nice.
I have tasted really good vegan cheesecakes in Bangalore and I feel like you have the potential and the resources to do so much better. I understand it's difficult to imitate their non-vegan counterparts, but it's surely possible to get closer to it. And if not, maybe name the desserts differently?
