3 tier 4kg vanilla chocolate chip cake. Top tier and bottom tier are square dummy’s covered in dark brown fondant (match the blackish ganache). Centre tier is 4kg VCC covered in not to black ganache. The cake to have 24c gold and gold paint. 3 gold macarons on the top tier with Gold Happy Birthday topper and gold number 75 toppers. The Center tier to have 1 gold macaron. The cake board to be black.
