Extremely poor cake and service

Had a pathetic experience with this company. Cake was supposed to be delivered before 3PL but it got delivered by 4:30 pm. Team didn’t have the common sense to put a candle stick with the cake. I mean I’m buying a 10k cake atleast have a decency to put a single candle stick. Cake flavor was wrong I ordered vanilla with chocolate chips and I got almond chocolate flavor. This was messed up big time.
