Unreliable, unapologetic, and utterly disappointing.

Crave by Leena not only failed to deliver a promised cake for a birthday celebration but also refused to acknowledge their mistake. Their poor service left a special occasion without its centerpiece. I was them promised a refund but this never came through... Won't be using Crave by Leena again, and I strongly advise others against it too if they need a reliable service.
