This would be a minimum of 4 KG 2 tier cake covered in blue fondant bottom tier- blue fondant with golden borders on the wall as per the image with a dummy styrofoam tier in between the edible tiers sprayed in gold as per the image and top tier- white fondant with blue circle with one written on it and a fondant golden motif . 

the height of the cake will be shorter than the image shared 

stencil will be as per the image shared
