This would be a 3KG  white and black  cake 2 tier cake covered in pastel blue and green buttercream, with a sun, hens, a stable on top of the cake as per the image. the bottom tier would have the truck in 2D fondant, with farm animals on the baseboard and far decorations on the wall as per the image (fence, piglets and truck) 

top tier with similar elements- the chickens, sun, trees, fence, and clouds and a place holder

bottom tier with animals on the base board, a doggo instead of the chicken
