This is a walnut lovers paradise with an irresistible vanilla walnut sponge filled with smooth and decadent dark chocolate ganache

Gluten-free Flour: We use an exciting mix of Brown Rice flour, Amaranth and Lentil gram flour.

Refined Sugar-free Sweetener:  Select from our chemical-free, organic jaggery or the wholesome sweetness of dates for the sponge cake. Our rich and luscious chocolate ganache is pre-sweetened with Maltitol.

Warning! This is NOT sugar free! Do not buy!

Warning!! This is NOT sugar free!!! I ordered the Vanilla Walnut Fudge Gluten Free and Sugar Free cake (sweetened with dates) for a group of people who do not eat refined sugar. The chocolate ganache on the cake did not taste like dates, and when I contacted the company, to my horror, I found that the chocolate ganache in the cake was made with a chocolate with regular added sugar. I'm shocked they would advertise a cake as sugar free, and hide the fact that they add regular refined sugar to the ganache! It wasn't listed in their ingredients either. Really unethical and frankly dangerous.
